Do you feel completely out of balance? Do you frequently feel there isn’t enough of you to go around? Does it feel like everyone else is managing and successful but you? Do you often feel weak, ineffectual, unimportant or unheard? Or maybe you have just gone through so many changes or losses in relationships or career that you aren’t sure how to move on.

Born to be Balanced helps you tackle tough problems involving communication, marriage/partner conflict, problem solving, grief and loss due to death or divorce, many forms of addiction and relationship problems and the effects of abuse.

Life Transitions

Change, even difficult change that is neither wanted nor expected, can influence personal growth. Change gives us the opportunity to see what we’re made of; to become stronger, more confident, and better prepared for what life throws at us next.

Self-Esteem & Empowerment

Self-esteem is a concept that speaks to how we feel about ourselves. When one has high self-esteem, they feel confident, centered, and worthy of love. People with low self-esteem often feel shame and self-doubt. They often feel critical of themselves and are unworthy of love or praise.

Anxiety & Depression

Therapy can help to uncover the underlying causes of your worries and fears, learn how to relax, look at situations in a new, less frightening way, and develop better coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills.

Grief (for people and pets)

Born to be Balanced has no judgment or preconceived notion on how grieving should occur. I offer a warm, safe, and accepting environment to bring grief as long as needed. Afterwards you will be able to move forward and feel comfortable with your self.

Life transitions through divorce, breakups, and death of people and pets
